Bhubaneswar: Internationally acclaimed sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik, who earned a name for his creative sand arts, took his creativity to a step further and shared a video message to sensitise people about the importance of clean beaches on the International Coastal Clean-Up Day on Saturday.

The artist wrote a message 'Keep Me Clean' on the Puri beach using dozens of sand balls and shared the video of the beautiful artwork on his Twitter handle which is winning hearts.

Sudarsan Patnaik also shared some pictures on the micro-blogging site where he is seen cleaning the famous beach in the pilgrim town to mark the International Coastal Clean-Up Day.

"On the occasion of #InternationalCoastalCleanupDay #MoBeach Puri Team organised beach cleaning drive at 50 Places of Puri Coast line .I salute @Puri_Official team for making #Mobeach campaign sustainable. honoured to join this campaign today," Pattnaik tweeted.

Last year, a mega cleanliness drive under the banner of ‘Mo Beach’ cleaning initiative was organised at Puri beach, which the district administration had claimed to be the world’s 'largest' coastal clean-up drive that aims to sensitise people about the importance of clean beaches.
