Sambalpur: Vigilance sleuths on Wednesday arrested Titlagarh BDO Sushil Kujur and B-Plantation firm head Premanand Rout for bungling Rs 13 lakh meant for a plantation scheme in Dhenkanal.
According to sources, Kujur was the BDO of Dhenkanal Sadar block during 2009. He was assigned a plantation project in 11 panchayats in the block.
But Kujur and Rout, head of B-Plantation firm, bungled Rs 13 lakh meant for the plantation project, added sources.
