Nuapada: A group of around 15 armed Maoists on Sunday torched at least 7 vehicles used in road construction in a bid to disrupt construction process at Sirigiri in Odisha’s Nuapada district bordering Chhattishgarh, police said.

Sources said a group of armed rebels attacked the contractor’s camp at Sirigiri and torched the vehicles used in the road construction work. However, no one was injured in the incident.
