Sambalpur: In a shocking incident, a man slit throat of his wife before killing self at Gandhipada near Burla in Sambalpur district on Saturday evening.
The couple had been staying at Gandhipada in a rented house. Police suspected family dispute might force the man to committee the crime. He might commit suicide losing mental balance or with the fear of arrest after killing his wife, police said.
However, police registered a case in this regard. The reason could be ascertained after the postmortem report came, police said.
