Bhubaneswar: Odisha recorded 15.1mm rainfall in the last 24 hours with Kendrapara district topping the chart with 63.4mm rainfall. Jagatsinghpur, Balasore and Mayurbhanj districts recorded 62.8mm, 48.9mm and 41.9mm average rainfall respectively.

As per the rainfall update shared by the Special Relief Commissioner, Puri, Cuttack and Khordha received 33.9mm, 24.9mm, 22.5mm rainfall respectively. Sundergarh, Deogarh, Nuapada witnessed the lowest precipitation of 0.7mm, 0.6mm and 0.2mm respectively.

In Balasore, Baliapal and Jaleswar blocks witnessed rainfall of 165mm and 115mm rainfall, respectively in the last 24 hours while the Balasore block received the lowest (20mm) rainfall.

Similarly Bhubaneswar block has received 41.8mm of rainfall as per the rainfall data till 8:30 AM of August 19.
