Puri: The Capital Region Urban Transport (CRUT) has now decided to start Mo Bus services to Pipili, the appliqué town of Puri from June 23.

The new route No. 33 will connect Bhubaneswar Railway Station (Master Canteen) to Pipili, covering a total stretch of 24.8 kms, Dipti Mahapatro, General Manager of CRUT informed on Sunday.

"Our expert committee has decided on this route based on the need and demand of people. Mo Bus would link citizens and tourists alike to the Appliqué town," Mahapatro said.

She further informed that the newly introduced QR code payment option will be available on this route and the maximum fare will be Rs.30. It has also been recommended that in order to minimise cash transaction, passengers are requested to tender exact change to purchase a ticket.

As far as timings are concerned, a total of four buses will ply connecting 33 bus stops in the route. While the first bus will leave from Bhubaneswar Master Canteen at 7.00 AM, the last bus will be available at 5.50 PM.
