Bhubaneswar: The Directorate of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha, on Saturday issued notification for the admission process Plus Two courses in junior colleges, including Self Financing, Upashastri and Vocational Higher Secondary Schools, across the State.
As per the notification, admission process for +2 courses in as many as 1500 junior colleges will begin from June 28. Candidates seeking admissions will have to visit the website www.samsodisha.gov.in and apply Common Application Form (CAF) online between June 6 (11 AM) and June 20 (11:45 PM).
The last date for submission of print copy of online applied CAF at any SAMS Resource Center (Higher Secondary School) along with supporting documents is June 21 (5 PM).
Publication of merit list of 'First Selection' is June 26, while admission of students selected in the first selection will be from June 28 to July 2 (5 PM).
The merit list of 'Second Selection' candidates will be out on July 8 and the admission of the students will be between July 9 and July 11 (5 PM).
Meanwhile, registration of students for 'Spot Admission' in the respective Higher Secondary School will be on July 18 (2 PM) and its final list will be out on the same day (5 PM). Later, admission of students selected in the spot admission will be from July 20 to July 22, 2019.
