Light to moderate rain/thundershower activities will continue in different parts of Odisha in the coming days. However, there is possibility of decrease in the rainfall intensity, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said on Tuesday.

As per IMD’s Regional Centre in Bhubaneswar, the cyclonic circulation over southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining north Sri Lanka coast has become less marked.

Similarly, the trough from cyclonic circulation over north Tamil Nadu and neighbourhood to northeast Rajasthan now runs from cyclonic circulation over Kerala and neighbourhood to southwest Madhya Pradesh across Interior Karnataka, Marathwada and Vidarbha.
