The regional meteorological centre in Bhubaneswar has forecast Kalbaisakhi, or Nor'wester, set to hit coastal and northern regions of Odisha today. “There will be no large change in the maximum temperature (day temperature) during the next 4 to 5 days over the districts of Odisha. Maximum temperature (day temperature) very likely to be equal and above 40 degrees C in the isolated pockets districts of Bolangir, Sundargarh,” IMD said.
