IMD issues yellow alert for dense fog in several Odisha districts; minimum temp likely to fall

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Friday issued a ‘yellow warning’ for dense fog in several parts of Odisha in the next 24 hours.

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Friday issued a ‘yellow warning’ for dense fog in several parts of Odisha in the next 24 hours. The minimum (night) temperature observed appreciable rise at one or two places over the districts of North interior Odisha and appreciable fall at one or two places over the districts of interior Odisha in the past 24 hours.

“There will be no large change in the minimum temperature (Night temperature) during next two days and it will fall thereafter by 2 to 3 degree C at many places over the districts of Odisha,” predicted IMD.
