Video of the year! UP groom chases driver for pinching a note from his currency tucked garland

It is rightfully said India is not for beginners. Moreover, the people of Bihar and Uttar Pradesh never cease to disappoint and this video of a newly-wed groom chasing a pick-up van driver is proof. The happy groom was on his way home after his wedding when a pick-up van driver allegedly pinched a note from his currency-tucked garland.

What followed next was no less than any Bollywood movie. In a daring chase, the groom got onto the moving vehicle and entered it through the window, before forcing the driver out of the vehicle and thrashing him black and blue.

The 56-second video was shared on X and has since been ‘declared as the video of the year’. With over 591K views, the video has gone crazy viral. In a scene out of a Bollywood movie, the viral clip shows the groom clinging onto a speeding pickup van. Daringly, he climbs atop the vehicle and then enters it through the window.

Later, he stops the vehicle and once again comes out through the window. He is then joined by his friends and relatives who beat up the driver for his alleged unwanted advances.

Groom Dev Kumar asked for a lift from a motorist, chased the pickup driver on a busy road, got onto the moving vehicle, and entered the cabin using the passenger window forcing the driver to stop. The groom got out of the window even after the vehicle stopped. The driver was roughed up by the groom and his relatives.”
