Virat Kohli hit on helmet by fierce bouncer
Odisha State Transport Authority has posted a video on social media account X (earlier known as Twitter) of Virat Kohli getting hit by a fierce bouncer right on his helmet with great speed to create awareness among the people about road safety.
In the video, it is found that Matheesha Pathirana in Chennai Super Kings (CSK) jersey is banging in a furious bouncer with his unorthodox slinging action. While trying to play an explosive pull shot, Kohli was seen badly hit on his helmet by the speeding delivery. The superstar batsman looked clueless following the incident.
Based on the lesson from the video, the State Transport Authority has urged people to always wear helmets to be safe from road accidents.
"May it be Kohli or you, may it be cricket or road, helmet will always keep you safe," wrote Odisha State Transport Authority.
