PM Modi's two-day Odisha visit from tomorrow; Puri roadshow on May 20

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is coming to Odisha on a two-day visit beginning tomorrow. He will start the campaign with a roadshow in Puri and then address public meetings in Angul and Cuttack. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and Home Minister Amit Shah will also hold rallies in different parts of Odisha on May 19 and 21 respectively

Amidst heightened electioneering in Odisha, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will come on a two-day visit to the state on Sunday evening to campaign for the party candidates.

BJP leader Golak Mohapatra said, "The Prime Minister will arrive at Bhubaneswar on Sunday evening. On Monday morning, the Prime Minister will leave Bhubaneswar for Puri to seek blessings of Lord Jagannath at Srimandir.”

After having a darshan of the deities in Srimandir, he will hold a roadshow from 8 am. Then, the PM will leave for Angul where he will address a public meeting at 9.30 am before addressing another meeting in Cuttack at 11.30 am.

Besides, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will also be in Odisha on Sunday. Rajnath Singh will address three public meetings at Rairakhole, Patana and Khordha on May 19.    

Moreover, Union Home Minister Amit Shah will be visiting Odisha on May 21, a day after the PM’s visit. Shah will visit Sambalpur, Keonjhar, Parjang and Nayagarh.
