Young girl found hanging inside house in Odisha’s Bolangir; probe launched 

In a shocking incident, the body of a girl was found hanging in her house at Dumerchuan village under Kantabanji Police limits of Bolangir district on Tuesday. 

The deceased has been identified as Anjali Bag. At the time when her body was spotted, her parents were away at work. So the mystery behind the death is deepening. It is yet to be ascertained whether it is a case of suicide or a pre-planned murder.

According to sources, like any other day, the parents of the deceased went out to work. Later, her brother first spotted her hanging from the ceiling of the house. He immediately informed his parents who contacted the police. 

On being informed, a team from Kantabanji Police Station reached the spot, brought the body down, and sent it for post-mortem. 
While the post-mortem report is awaited, the police couldn’t be contacted for their comments on the matter.
