“The third phase money will be credited by November end. However, there will be a fourth phase too. Our aim is to credit the amount to the bank accounts of around 1.20 crore women beneficiaries by December end,” the Deputy CM announced.

She further cleared the air about the inclusion of Anganwadi workers and said that all those excluded would get assistance in the third phase.

Speaking to the media, the Deputy CM said, “A high-level committee meeting was held yesterday. Around 2.67L women beneficiaries have been discarded for various reasons. In the meeting, it was concluded that a three-member committee constituting BDO, tehsildar, and DSWs will re-check the details of all the rejected applicants. All eligible candidates will get their money after the re-checking. Our government’s aim is to ensure that not even a single genuine beneficiary is excluded in the scheme.”

“I’m hopeful that genuine beneficiaries in the discarded 2.67L list will get their amount in the third phase of the first installment of Subhadra,” she added.

We have also received allegations of government job holders availing the benefit. Steps are being taken to verify the allegations and necessary action will be taken later, Pravati revealed.

Notably, Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the BJP government's flagship scheme on his birthday during his visit to the state on September 17. Under Subhadra Yojana, eligible beneficiaries under the age group of 21 to 60 years will get Rs 50000 assistance in 10 installments (Rs 5000 each).
