Raipur businessman missing from Bhubaneswar railway station for 7 months
In an unfortunate incident, a Raipur-based businessman named Ravi Bhojwani has been missing from Bhubaneswar railway station since the past seven months, leaving his family in deep distress.
According to reports, Bhojwani had travelled to Puri on January 7, 2025 to have darshan of Lord Jagannath. After completing his visit, he was returning home by train. However, at Bhubaneswar Railway Station, he suddenly alighted on Platform No. 1 for unknown reasons and has been untraceable since.
Following a complaint from his family, the Government Railway Police (GRP) launched an investigation. They examined CCTV footage from nearby hotels and the station premises, but no concrete leads were found.

Bhojwani’s photograph has since been circulated widely across the Bhubaneswar station as well as other GRP stations.
The GRP officer in charge stated that assistance from media, human intelligence, and nationwide CCTV surveillance has been sought. Police stations across the country have also been alerted in efforts to trace the missing businessman.
The family of Bhojwani has appealed to the Odisha Police to intensify the search for their missing kin.
