Police recently recovered the body of a girl from inside a suitcase dumped near Kurla Railway station in Mumbai. The report came to the fore on Tuesday.
The deceased has been identified as Pratima Kispatta, a resident of Bandalikani under Lephripada Police limits of Sundargarh district.
It is suspected that the girl was killed and her body was stuffed in the suitcase before being dumped near the railway station.

As per reports, Pratima was working as a domestic help at someone’s house in Mumbai. But police are yet to establish under what circumstances the girl died, and who stuffed her body in the suitcase.
On being informed by the Mumbai police, some of the victim's family members left for Mumbai on November 19.
