Turn of Events

According to the investigation, the murder was the result of a love-related dispute. The prime accused, Anand Nayak and Satyaprakash Nayak, had bought a new SIM card to lure Biswajit through a phone call. Along with a few associates, they kidnapped him in a car and took him to a forested area near Ekdala village, close to the Green Grass Stadium in Deulabeda.

From there, they took him to a location near Shibaramapur and laid him behind the rear wheel of a coal-loaded truck while the driver was asleep. When the driver was startled awake and tried to flee in panic, the truck ran over Biswajit’s head, killing him instantly. The accused later dumped his body and scooter into a nearby drain to stage the murder as a road accident.
