CBI officials quiz Odisha govt Principal Secretary Bishnupada Sethi’s driver
Officials of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) questioned Principal Secretary IAS Bishnupada Sethi’s driver Nursingha on Saturday in connection with the investigation into the Rs 10 lakh bribery money seizure.
Nursingha was quizzed by the officials at the CBI office in Bhubaneswar.
After coming out from the CBI office, Nursingha said that the CBI officials asked him about the activities of Bishnupada Sethi.
“The CBI officials asked me where does Bishnupada Sethi go after his office and with whom he interacts. They also asked me where was sir (Bishnupada Sethi) on the evening of December 7,” said Nursingha.
Nursingha also revealed that the CBI officials quizzed two other drivers in connection with the case.
“I don’t have any involvement in the incident. Whatever I knew about the incident, I told about it to the CBI officials,” said Nursingha.
