3-year-old Odisha girl enters India Book of Records for remarkable talent

Abhiska Sandha, a three-year-old girl from Dhenkanal district, Odisha, has earned a place in the India Book of Records for her remarkable intelligence and quick thinking. Her flawless answers in an online competition amazed judges and won her national recognition. Her achievement has inspired pride in her family and community, highlighting the impact of early learning and parental support.

At just three years of age, Abhiska Sandha from Odisha panchayat under Bhuban block in Dhenkanal district has achieved an extraordinary feat, earning a spot in the India Book of Records for her exceptional intelligence and presence of mind, sources said on Monday.

Abhiska had recently participated in an online competition organised by the India Book of Records, where she impressed the panel by answering a series of questions with remarkable accuracy. Her outstanding performance won her national recognition and a place among India’s youngest record-holders.

The achievement has brought immense pride to her family, friends, and the entire village. Well-wishers from the local community have extended their heartfelt congratulations, calling her a “wonder kid” and a bright symbol of hope for the future.

Recognised officially by the India Book of Records, Abhiska’s early accomplishment stands as a testament to the power of early childhood learning and parental support. Her journey is just beginning, but it already carries the marks of brilliance.

“Right from her early days, she used to enquire about all that she came across. She has a very inquisitive mind and keeps on asking us questions. She also has a very strong memory power and catches up the things instantly. Her mother has taught her many things so far,” Abhiska’s uncle, Anshuman Sandha, said to mediapersons.

“We the parents and our entire family, are very proud of her,” Anshuman gleamed.

Worth mentioning, in a similar feat, a two-and-a-half-year-old girl from Chandbali locality of Bhadrak district had previously cemented her place as an achiever in the India Book of Records for showcasing exceptional memory and learning skills.

The tale of this extraordinary success was achieved by Mrinalini Sahoo. Born in 2022, the toddler had already surpassed many of her age by clinching an achiever tag for correctly identifying 22 fruits, 21 vegetables, 24 vehicles, 24 parts of the body, 22 birds, 12 colours, 16 deities, and 24 animals.
