As per reports, Prashant Behera, an auto-rickshaw driver from Brahmagiri in Puri District, while on his way from Alarpur to Handiali found a wallet lying abandoned on the road around 10 on Sunday morning. Without sparing a thought, Prashant immediately picked up the wallet from the road and later deposited it at the Brahmagiri Police Station.

Subsequently, the police were able to trace the rightful owner of the wallet, Santosh Kumar Rana who is a resident of Purusottampur in Puri, and returned the property to him on the same day.

When the news about the extraordinary gesture and moral uprightness showcased by the honest auto-rickshaw driver Prashant spread in the locality, acknowledgements and appreciations followed.
