1 tsp Gond Katira (soaked overnight)
1 glass chilled milk or rose milk
1 tsp rose syrup or Rooh Afza
Optional: chia seeds, dry fruits
Soak Gond Katira overnight in water. It will swell into jelly-like crystals.
Drain and rinse it well to remove any impurities.
Add the soaked Gond Katira to cold milk or rose milk.
Stir in rose syrup and garnish with dry fruits or chia seeds.
Serve chilled
