The Central Institute of Educational Technology (CIET), a constituent of the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) has invited applications to fill up several posts (contractual) for the DIKSHA (Digital Infrastructure for School Education) project.
As per an official notification, the postings will be at the headquarters located in New Delhi. The appointment is initially till March 2022, and is likely to be extended, subject to the project continuity and satisfactory performance by the candidate.
Interested candidates are required to apply through the Google form link given against each post. The last date of application is July 30, 2021. Candidates will be first shortlisted based on their CV and information given in the Google form. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview and/or skill test in online/face-to-face mode, to be decided later.

1. Technical Team Lead (1 post)
Remuneration: Rs 60,000 (Consolidated)
Essential Qualification: Master’s Degree (M.Tech./MCA/MSc.(IT/CS) with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade OR Bachelor’s Degree ( BE/BCA/B.Tech. in Computer Science/ Computer Applications/IT) with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade
Experience: A minimum 6 years of experience in case of bachelor degree and 5 years in case of master degree. Experience in conceptualization, design, development, testing and deployment of large scale IT projects on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure. ---
2. Mobile App Lead Developer–(1 Post)
Remuneration: Rs 60,000 (Consolidated)
Essential Qualification: Master’s Degree (M.Tech./MCA/MSc.(IT/CS) with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade OR Bachelor’s Degree (BE/BCA/B.Tech. in Computer Science/ Computer Applications/IT) with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade.
3.Database Administrator (1 Post)
Remuneration: Rs 60,000 (Consolidated)

4.Sr. Academic Consultant (7 Posts)
Remuneration: Rs 60,000 (Consolidated)
Essential Qualifications: Masters’ Degree in English/ Hindi/ Mathematics / Social Science (Political Science, Geography)/ Psychology/Sciences (Physics, Chemistry, Biology)/ Education from recognized University/ Institute with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade
5. Consultant in Animation and Graphics (2 Posts)
Remuneration: Rs 45,000 (Consolidated)
Essential Qualification: Master’s degree in Multimedia Graphics/Animation/Mass Communication/Fine Arts/Visual Arts with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade.
6.Content Developer – Technical (ePub/Flip Book/energized book designers and interactive contents): (4 Posts)
Remuneration: Rs 30,000 (Consolidated)
Essential Qualification: Master’s Degree (M.Tech./MCA/MSc.(IT/CS) with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade OR Bachelor's Degree (BE/BCA/B.Tech. in Computer Science/ Computer Applications/IT) with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade.
7. Content Developer Academic (4 Posts)
Remuneration: Rs 30,000 (Consolidated)
Essential Qualification: Post Graduate in English/ Science (Biology, Physics, Chemistry)/ Mathematics with 55% marks or equivalent Grade
Desirable Qualification: Candidate having M.Ed/M.A. Education degree shall be given preference.
8. Bilingual Translator (English to Hindi, Urdu and vice-versa): (2 Posts)
Remuneration: Rs 30,000 (Consolidated)
Essential Qualifications (for English to Hindi and vice-versa) Master’s Degree in Hindi from recognized University/ Institute with 55% marks or equivalent Grade English as a subject at Graduation Level Experience At least 2 years of experience of working as a translator in educational projects at national/state level in the education sector.
9. Junior Project Fellow: (8 Posts)
Remuneration: Rs 25,000 (For NET)
Qualification: Master’s degree in Languages (Hindi, English)/Social Sciences (Pol. Science, Geography)/Science (Physics, Chemistry)/ Mathematics/Education with 55% marks or equivalent Grade.
