Rocking star Yash treats fans with new poster of ‘Toxic’; teaser expected on his birthday

Rocking star Yash on Monday treated his fans with a new poster from his upcoming action drama film ‘Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups’ ahead of his 39th birthday. After the highly blockbuster reception of the KGF series, fans cannot wait for Yash to set the big screens on fire again.

Directed by national-award-winning director Geetu Mohandas, the teaser of Toxic is expected to release on January 8, the KGF star’s birthday. The much-awaited poster has been trending on social media ever since Yash shared it on his Instagram.

The poster’s aesthetic carries an international flair, suggesting a gritty storyline. Dressed in a white tuxedo jacket and fedora, Yash looks massy as he leans against a vintage car and blows a ring of smoke from his cigarette. The tagline of the film reads, “His untamed presence is your existential crisis” and hints at a dark narrative that explores themes of power and morality.

As per reports, the action-packed mafia thriller is believed to be centered around a drug cartel based in Goa. Apart from Yash, the film has an ensemble cast of Kiara Advani, Nayanthara, Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan.

Reports of Huma Qureshi taking the role of the main antagonist have also been doing the rounds. Moreover, Tara Sutaria and Shruti Haasan are also reported to be part of the cast.
