After the massive success of Master across the country, Thalapathy Vijay is already onto his next projects. Amidst the buzz surrounding Thalapathy 65, it seems like Vijay has also bagged another biggie by popular producer Dil Raju with a whopping amount as his remuneration.
As per the latest buzz, Dil Raju who has recently encashing his commercial hit that is Pawan Kalyan’s Vakeel Saab has already started planning for his next big-ticket movie with none other than South superstar Vijay. Reportedly the movie will be a bilingual project with Maharshi fame Vamsi Paidipally as the director.
Dil Raju who is known for producing massive budgets movies is likewise planning a huge budget for this Vijay starrer as well. Given the fact that this will be Vijay’s first out and out Telugu movie, the project is going to be huge and so is Vijay’s paycheck.

Thalapathy is one of the most expensive actors in the country and charges approximately Rs.80 crore for a single project. Now as per the latest reports, keeping in mind Vijay’s last outing Master was a massive success and his bankability, Dil Raju is offering him an even higher paycheck. The budget of the film is around Rs 160 and Vijay is reportedly going to get paid more than fifty per cent of the entire budget which around Rs 80 - 90 crore.
The Vijay and Dil Raju collaborated project might hit the screen in 2021, on the other hand, the cast and storyline details of the film have been kept under the wraps for now. Keeping in mind Vijay’s packed schedule, the film will roll out towards 2022.
Currently, Thalapathy Vijay is busy shooting his tentatively titled Thalapathy 65 where he will be seen opposite Pooja Hedge.
