Fighter, Kalki 2898 AD, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan
Bollywood bounced back in 2023 with Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan and Jawan. Released in the second half of December 2022, Pathaan became the first Bollywood movie to reach the 1000-crore mark, a feat crossed by SRK’s other 2023 release Jawan. All through the year movies like Gadar 2, Animal, Tiger 3 and now Salaar-1 continued to attract millions of Bollywood fans to the theaters.
The current year 2024 also looks promising for the Bollywood industry as some of the biggest films are set to release this year.

This Sriram Raghavan movie is bringing the fresh pair of Katrina Kaif and Vijay Sethupathi on the big screen for the first time. The teaser released last month has already created a lot of excitement and promised nail-biting suspense which has been the USP of Raghavan’s last release Andhadhun. It also stars Sanjay Kapoor, Radhika Apte, and Vinay Pathak in important roles and will be released on January 12, 2024.
The much-awaited dream pair of Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone will share the screen in Siddharth Anand's directorial Fighter. The songs have already triggered anticipation whereas the intense chemistry between the lead actors promises a strong dose of romance and intimacy. Fighter will be released on January 25, 2024.

The big-budget movie was earlier titled Project K and features some of the biggest movie stars from India including Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Dulquer Salma, and Disha Patani. Its teaser was unveiled at the 2023 San Diego Comic-Con but was not much appreciated.
Made on a huge budget of INR 600 crores, this epic dystopian science fiction is directed by Nag Ashwin and to date is the most expensive flick ever made in India.

It is the most awaited movie of 2024. Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna return as Pushpa and Srivalli respectively with Pushpa: The Rule after winning the hearts of the audience with Pushpa: The Rise. Hype is already high for this Sukumar-directed film as Bunny’s Pushpa and his swag have left millions of Indian fans enchanted.
Both the movies from Ajay Devgn and Rohit Shetty’s Singham franchise have been big blockbusters. Now the pair is yet again coming with Singham 3 and this time the star cast is much bigger. Kareena Kapoor Khan returns to the Singham franchise whereas Deepika Padukone is the new entrant who will be joined by Akshay Kumar and Ranveer Singh in a cameo.
Drishyam actor Ajay Devgn is playing a different role this time in Boney Kapoor-produced Maidaan. While Devgn fans have seen him doing action and comedy, in Maidaan, the Golmaal actor will portray the character of a football coach based on the life of former Indian National Football coach, Syed Abdul Rahim.
Action superstars Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff have teamed up for the first time for Bade Miyan Chote Miyan and the posters suggest that it is going to be a high-octane action film. Just as the pairing of Tiger Shroff and Hrithik Roshan helped War create a storm at the box office, critics believe that this Akki-Tiger pairing will also deliver a blockbuster.
