Sara Ali Khan pulls out a gem to wish Sushant Singh Rajput on his death anniversary

Sara Ali Khan never forgets to share a wish or memory on the death anniversary or birthday of late Sushant Singh Rajput. He was her first Bollywood co-star and the actress also reportedly shared a very close bond with him once before both of them went their separate ways. This year too the Ae Watan Mere Watan actress pulled out a rare photograph from her picture box that seems to be from the time when the two were shooting for Kedarnath.

The photograph shows Sushant Singh Rajput bowing down to the idols carved in black stone in front of him while Sara is sitting beside him. The post has a background score “Namo Namo” from Kedarnath which was the first film of Sara Ali Khan. Naturally, it is unforgettable for her. She knew SSR very well and his interest in science, stars, and physics. That is why instead of expressing her feelings in words she has used emoticons like folded hands, Saturn, Solar system, and a camera.

Last year too, Sara remembered SSR by sharing an emotional note on her Insta account recalling the fun she had shooting for Kedarnath with the Kai Po Che actor in the natural settings of the Himalayas. The death of Sushant Singh Rajput on June 14, 2020, rattled the film industry and also led to many controversial outcomes, connections, and arrests.

Work-wise Sara Ali Khan ’s last theatrical release was Zara Hatke Zara Bachke which was a decent hit and also did well on OTT. She also featured in Ae Watan Mere Watan released on the digital platform. She is now gearing up for the release of Anurag Basu-directed Metro In Dino which also stars Aditya Roy Kapur and Neena Gupta.
