Salaar update: Shruti Haasan wraps up Prabhas starrer

Much-awaited Telugu movie Salaar , helmed by KGF fame Prashanth Neel , continues to build anticipation and excitement among fans since the day of the first announcement. For the first time, Neel teamed up with Baahubali fame for the high-octane action packed movie. 

While several pictures and videos from the shooting sets surfaced on social media, the makers were yet to make any such big announcement. However, on Thursday, after a long gap, the makers made the announcement triggering excitement among all.

Now, Salaar team shared a picture of lead actress Shruti Haasan, who will be playing the character of Aadya in the movie, with helmer Neel. The caption for the pic read: “It's a wrap for Aadya, @shrutihaasan” with a red heart emoji.

Movie lovers are eagerly waiting for Salaar and have already begun celebrations on social media.

Salaar, being produced under the Hombale Films banner, is tentatively locked for theatrical release on September 28, 2023.  

While Neel left social media following the trolls made by hate-mongers, fans have linked Salaar with KGF. However, there are no official statements backing the claims. 

If the rumours are anything to go by, KGF’s Rocky Bhai aka Yash may have a cameo in Salaar and Prabhas may also have a special appearance in KGF Chapter 3 .
