Ranbir Kapoor and Yash set for box office clash before the epic onscreen battle in Ramayana!
Nitesh Tiwari's Ramayana is one of the most-awaited flicks. Fans are eagerly waiting to witness the epic battle of Ranbir Kapoor and Yash onscreen in the cinematic adaptation of the Indian epic. It will certainly be a treat for moviegoers to see Ranbir as Lord Ram and Yash as Demon King Ravana and the duo battling with each other. However, before their epic showdown onscreen, Ranbir and Yash are all set for a box-office clash.
On Saturday, the makers of Toxic: A Fairytale For Grown-ups announced the release date of the much-awaited flick along with a poster featuring Yash. The announcement has sparked excitement among all.
Helmed by Geethu Mohandas, Toxic also stars Kiara Advani as the female lead. The movie also stars Nayanthara, Huma Qureshi, Tara Sutaria, Achyut Kumar, and Akshay Oberoi, in different roles.
The release date of Yash's Toxic has been locked. The action thriller is slated for release on March 19, 2026. Fans certainly can't wait for the movie's release as Toxic will mark Yash's comeback on the big screen after KGF: Chapter 2.
Meanwhile, Sanjay Leela Bhansali's grand period drama Love And War, starring Ranbir Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal and Alia Bhatt, is eyeing a release on March 20, 2026, just a day after Toxic's release.
As it seems, Ranbir and Yash are all heading for a box office clash, before their epic cinematic clash as Lord Ram and Demon King Ravana.
Notably, the release dates of both movies perfectly coincide with a convergence of several festivals. The makers will likely benefit from the four-day extended weekend across India.
