Yash fulfilling his 'KGF aspirations' through Toxic before KGF: Chapter 3!
Kannada Film Industry's Rocking Star Yash, who made a mark in the Indian cinema industry with his KGF franchise, is now gearing up for his highly-anticipated flick Toxic: A Fairy Tale For Grown-ups. Helmed by Geetu Mohandas, the first glimpse of the action-thriller has already thrilled moviegoers. While fans are eagerly waiting to explore more about the movie, it seems, Yash is fulfilling his KGF aspirations through Toxic before KGF: Chapter 3.
Rocking Star Yash became a household name following the roaring success of the KGF franchise. His character's name in the franchise was Rocky, whose aspiration was to rule the 'world'.
KGF: Chapter 2 ended with Rocky drowning in the Indian Ocean with all his gold after the navy attacked his ship. Well, fans hope Rocky will rise from the water and fulfil his aspirations of ruling the 'world' in KGF 3.
According to the latest reports, Yash is eyeing global recognition with Toxic. The film is being positioned as a pan-world flick, with scenes being shot in both Kannada and English. Furthermore, to maximise its global reach, the movie will be dubbed in multiple Indian and foreign languages.
The reports further states that filming in two languages has significantly increased the production costs and time. This decision has pushed the budget by 40 per cent. However, the makers are committed to their decision of showcasing India on the global platform.
Pinkvilla quoted a close source to the development as saying, "The idea is to make a Pan-World film, as the subject has a global appeal. This vision was in place from the start, with the cast and crew chosen to ensure international reach. The bilingual shoot has raised costs by 40 per cent, but the team is committed to delivering a film that represents India on a global platform. It’s one of Indian cinema’s most expensive projects, promising a big-screen experience worth every penny."
Well, if the reports are anything to go by, Yash targets to make an impact globally and following the success of Toxic: A Fairy Tale For Grownups, he will capture the 'world' and the global audience, as he aspired in KGF, much before KGF: Chapter 3.
