The Kapoor dynasty is one of the most respected families in the Indian cine industry. Starting from Prithviraj Kapoor to current Ranbir Kapoor, the family is dedicatedly entertaining movie lovers for 5 generations. Now, all eyes are on Ranbir for being the current torchbearer of the Kapoor Dynasty.
Ranbir is currently quite excited about his upcoming movies Shamshera and Brahmastra. Even the announcement of Alia's pregnancy has doubled the excitement for the entire Kapoor family.
As the day of Shamshera's theatrical release is inching closer, Ranbir has increased his promotions to keep his fans, admirers and movie buffs engaged.
Recently, a video was released in which he is seen roasting himself for disappointing Kapoor Khandan. In the video, Ranbir is seen interviewing himself. Being Ranbir, he introduces himself saying, "It's Shamshera and Ranbir, thank you for inviting me."
On the other hand, as an interviewer, Ranbir said, "Yeah, whatever... By the way, great legacy. Prithviraj Kapoor, Raj Kapoor, Rishi Kapoor, Who does it feel... to disappoint all of them."

Ranbir made his debut in B Town in 2007 with Saawariya and has so far worked in 18 movies with two waiting for release this year and three more in the pipeline. While his debut movie failed at the box office, the list of flop movies includes 5 more films.
On the other hand, he has 8 movies with average results. Ranbir has one movie each in the hit, super-hit and blockbuster categories.
The box office results certainly are not satisfactory for many from Ranbir with a rich legacy of Kapoor khandan.
Hopefully, just like Sanju, Shamshera, Brahmastra and more of his upcoming movies will be under the blockbuster category.
After Alia entered the Kapoor khandan, Ranbir prepping to be more responsible
The big fat wedding of Ranbir and Alia was one of the most anticipated weddings. The celebrity duo tied the knots on April 14 this year. Though the ceremony was a private affair, fans celebrated their marriage. The recent announcement of Alia's pregnancy also filled excitement among admirers. However, some trolled the duo calling the pregnancy news a 'promotional gig' for Brahmastra and Shamshera.
On the other hand, Reacting to the troll, Ranbir Kapoor said, "Alia and I, as a married couple, we thought that it would just seem right to tell the world because we felt it was the right time. We just wanted to share the joy and the news with the world and there was no other thought to it."
Recently, the Sanju actor took parenting tip from Rupali Ganguly aka Anupama from the popular TV serial Anupamaa. The incident happened while Ranbir graced the set of Star Plus’ weekend show Ravivaar with Star Parivaar.
“Duniya ka sabse best pitah banna hai toh aap mujhe help karenge ki main kya kar sakta hun? (Can you help me with tips to become the world’s best father?)”
To this, Rupali replied, "Your child is like your heart," and then she showed Ranbir how to hold a newborn baby. She also gave him tips on changing the baby’s diaper.
