Prabhas’ Spirit update: Vanga might rope in Vijay Deverakonda, Ranbir Kapoor for a cameo

Since it was announced, there has been a lot of buzz about Prabhas’ upcoming movie Spirit with Sandeep Reddy Vanga. Prabhas is one of the biggest pan-India stars today, and especially after the massive success of Kalki 2898 AD, most of his projects automatically get a lot of hype and create huge excitement among his fans.

There is already a strong buzz that Prabhas will play a double role in Spirit. And now rumours are adrift that South Indian star Vijay Deverakonda and Bollywood superstar Ranbir Kapoor are being roped in for cameos in Spirit. While Vijay has earlier worked with Vanga in the hit movie Arjun Reddy, Ranbir Kapoor delivered his biggest hit last year titled Animal under the directorship of Vanga. Additionally, the famous director known for directing some of the most violent movies in recent times is also working on a sequel to Animal titled Animal Park.

Also in one of his interviews, Ranbir Kapoor did say that he would love to share the screen with Prabhas and be a part of Spirit. So it won’t be surprising if Ranbir and Vijay Deverakonda make cameos in Spirit. However, as of now, these are mere speculations.

Recently Sandeep Reddy Vanga participated in the pre-release event of a small-time movie Pottel to boost its commercial prospect. Speaking about Spirit, the director said that the movie is all about a courageous cop. According to him, “Spirit’s storyline is rooted in a courageous COP’s tale. It is a powerful police story.”

Fans are very eager to see their superstar playing different roles and are eagerly awaiting how he will portray a courageous cop in Spirit. While Prabhas is yet to start shooting for Spirit, all eyes are currently on his upcoming release The Raja Saab. Recently the makers released a new poster from the movie just a day ahead of his birthday promising a royal treat for fans on October 23.
