A long wait of near-about three years for KGF Chapter 2 starring Kannada star Yash is now driving every movie lover crazy. Anticipation among the fans of Rocking Star and KGF series is has reached its zenith.
A few days earlier, the Internet Movie Database (IMDB) report stated that Allu Arjun starrer Pushpa reached the top spot with 33.7 per cent audience rating to become the most anticipated Indian cinema for this year.
Meanwhile, rumours are abuzz that Pushpa and KGF Chapter 2 will be locking horns in December during Christmas.

However, a recent survey has disclosed that KGF Chapter 2 is way ahead than Pushpa and the Yash starrer flick has beaten Allu Arjun's upcoming movie in swag.
Pushpa: The Rise starring Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna in the lead is nowhere close to KGF 2 in terms of interest on BookMyShow (online ticket booking platform). While KGF 2 has registered over 331K interests on the ticket booking platform, Pushpa has acquired around 42.2 K interests. Roughly calculated, KGF has got 8 times higher interest than Pushpa.
Being a Kannada movie, the craze for KGF series has crossed overseas and movie lovers across the world have liked the first instalment and are eagerly waiting for the second part. Meanwhile, Pushpa is yet to pace up its craze and garner attention of movie lovers in North India and other countries as well.
Helmed by Sukumar, 'Pushpa: The Rise' is set on the backdrop of red sanders heist. Tollywood Icon star Allu Arjun will be seen in a never-seen avatar that made it one among the most anticipated movies. The Stylish/Icon star will be portraying the character of Pushpa Raj who is a coolie-turned-smuggler. Pushpa is scheduled to release in December this year during the Christmas. Pushpa: The Rise is the first instalment of the franchise.
Meanwhile, KGF Chapter 2 is the sequel to KGF Chapter 1 that released in 2018. KGF 2 stars Rocking Star Yash and Srinidhi Shetty in the lead while Bollywood superstar Sanjay Dutt will be seen as the lead antagonist Adheera. Raveena Tandon and Prakash Raj will also be seen in prominent roles. Though the makers are yet to make the final announcement regarding KGF Chapter 2 release date, rumours are abuzz that the makers may lock the release date in December on the same date as Chapter 1.
