Magnum opus KGF Chapter 2 starring Rocking Star Yash is one of the hyped movies of the year. Directed by Prashanth Neel, KGF Chapter 1 went on to become an all-time blockbuster and since then anticipation among movie lovers is escalating with every passing day. The makers had locked to release the second instalment of KGF franchise on July 16. However, owing to the pandemic situation it was unexpectedly postponed. The makers are yet to make the announcement of KGF Chapter 2 final release date.
Rumour mills are abuzz that KGF Chapter 2 will release in September. However, other speculations suggest that the makers are mulling to lock the final release date of KGF 2 in October during Dushera. Meanwhile, there is also a buzz on different social media platforms that the second instalment of KGF will hit screens in December. But, the makers are mum over such flying rumours.
Meanwhile, fans are losing their patience as there has been no official announcement so far.

Earlier on July 29, on the occasion of Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt's birthday, the makers unveiled Adheera's poster. Sanju Baba, who is portraying the character of the lead antagonist- Adheera in KGF Chapter 2 was seen holding a sword with intense look. He had also put on a sunglass which showcased his swag look.

Yash and KGF fandom were expecting something spectacular on Sanju's birthday from the makers. But, all got disheartened as it turned out to be just a still poster from the movie.
Fans even said it was high time the makers should have at least released a teaser, or the song featuring Adheera.
It's been three years of KGF 1 release which is, of course, a long wait for fans. Though the pandemic situation seems to be in control and all much-hyped movies of the year, like Pushpa: The Rising and RRR have locked their final release date, KGF makers are still to drop the hint.
Apart from the disheartening incident, KGF lovers seemed anxious as Adheera's new poster hinted at something exciting.
In the backdrop of Adheera, two gangs are seen in a tussle with each other. One seems to be Adheera's gang while the other gang with green costume looks like the army of Vanaram which will be taken over by Yash after Garuda's death. Well, more about the story will be revealed as the cult movie hits the silver screen. The tagline of Hombale Films also somehow hints that Adheera has entered Narachi and has declared a war on Rocky Bhai.
Hopefully, the makers will be blaring the much-awaited announcement very soon as Allu Arjun starrer ‘Pushpa: The Rise’ will hit the screens in December during Christmas while Jr NTR, Ram Charan, Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn starrer RRR will roar in theatres from October 13.
