Pushpa Update: Rashmika Mandanna, Allu Arjun Starrer Action-Thriller Flick To Step Up To New Level

Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna's most awaited flick Pushpa is the most anticipated movie of the year. Icon/Stylish Star Allu Arjun will be seen in a never-before character in the action thriller Telugu language film that is scheduled to release in multiple languages. The film, written and directed by Sukumar, will release pan India. However, the final release date is yet to be confirmed.

It was earlier clarified that Pushpa will release in two instalments like the Prabhas starrer Baahubali and Yash starrer KGF (movies among the highest grosser till date). The makers earlier had locked August 13 to release the first instalment of Pushpa but, owing to the pandemic situation across the country, they were forced to postpone the release date. If the recent buzzes are anything to go by, the first part of Pushpa will either release in Christmas in December or during the auspicious Pongal Sankranti in January. However, all need to wait for an official announcement for the same.

Earlier today, the makers gave a big update about releasing the first song of Pushpa on August 13 to compensate the fans for not being able to keep their words. Rockstar Devi Sri Prasad is composing the song of the high-end action flick. The first song will be sung by five renowned singers from different industries. Composer and singer Vishal Dadlani will dub for the Hindi version while Benny Dayal will dub for Tamil. Similarly, Vijay Prakash will lend his voice for Kannada language, Rahul Nambiar will dub in Malayalam and Shivam will be heard in Telugu song.

Meanwhile, another buzz circulating over Pushpa is that Malayalam actor Fahadh Faasil, who is portraying the character of the lead antagonist, will be joining the sets this week. Directed by Sukumar, Pushpa will be a treat for pan-India audience as Allu Arjun will be seen locking horns with Fahadh. 

Moreover, as the makers have locked August 13 to release the first single, with this, the entire team of Pushpa will kick start promotions from this month. 

Based on true events, the story of Pushpa revolves around the red sanders smuggling in the hills of Andhra Pradesh. Allu Arjun portraying the character of Pushpa Raj is a relentless man who will stop at nothing to beat the odds. The first glance of the film included character revelation of Allu Arjun and his makeover for the film, visuals of forests in Andhra Pradesh with high-end actions. 

Pushpa Raj's ferocious look with his unique blend of style gave goosebumps to all movie lovers. The first look of Pushpa Raj which was a teaser as well went on to break several records of the Telugu Film Industry garnering massive views and likes within a few hours.

With each passing day, anticipation among fans is reaching the next level. Ever since the first look of Pushpa Raj was out, fans went crazy for the actor. Meanwhile, the Telugu actor got a new pet name 'Icon Star' which was earlier Stylish Star.
