2023 witnessed some of the big releases in Bollywood. Among the many, high-octane action-packed movies like Pathaan, Gadar 2, Jawan and Tiger 3 topped the chart. Again, the Hindi film industry is all set to thrill the audience with more action. From the list it seems, 2024 will be filled with action and thrill. The year is packed with back-to-back big releases that will entertain the audience.
Singham Again
This is the 3rd instalment of Ajay Devgn's superhit Singham franchise and the 5th instalment of Rohit Shetty's Cop Universe. While Kareena Kapoor Khan will be seen as the female lead, Arjun Kapoor will be essaying the role of the antagonist in the movie. Moreover, reports claim that Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh and Tiger Shroff will have cameo appearances in the movie with significant roles. The action entertainer is expected to hit the theatres on August 15.

Bade Miyan Chote Miyan
Currently, the fever of Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff-starrer Bade Miyan Chote Miyan is widespread across the country. Moviegoers are quite excited to see both the stars in action. Apart from Akki and Tiger, Sonakshi Sinha, Alaya F, Manushi Chillar and Prithviraj Sukumaran will be seen in pivotal roles. The action-packed movie is all set to hit the theatres on April 10. The movie has been grabbing the eyeballs of movie lovers for several reasons. The film promises extensive action sequences and has been extensively shot in Jordan, Petra, Wadi, Rum and Abu Dhabi.
Deva
Shahid Kapoor's upcoming Deva, also starring Pooja Hegde is a high-end action drama flick. Helmed by Rosshan Andrrews, the movie will reportedly be released later, half of this year. The story revolves around a rebellious police officer investigating a high-profile case. As he delves deeper into the case, the cop uncovers a web of betrayal and deceit that leads him on a thrilling yet dangerous path. As per reports, the movie will have some interesting action stunts. The movie is expected to hit the theatres on October 11, during Dusshera.
Vedaa
John Abraham and Sharvari Wagh-starrer Vedaa is a story of bravery and power. While the story revolves around Sharvari's character, John is her saviour who helps her find justice. Scheduled for theatrical release on July 12, the movie promises high-end action sequences. The teaser dropped on March 19 (today) gives an insight into the struggle of the duo to achieve victory.
Baby John
Baby John is one of the highly-anticipated action thriller movies of the year with Varun Dhawan in the lead. Baby John marks the BTown debut of South diva Keerthy Suresh. Helmed by Kalees, the movie also stars Wamiqa Gabbi in pivotal role. It is speculated that the movie will keep the audience on the edge of their seats with its jaw-dropping action sequences. The movie will be released on May 11.
Kill
Kill is another action-packed movie scheduled to release on July 5. Helmed by Nikhil Nagesh Bhat, the movie premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) in August 2023. While the movie stars debutante Lakshya, Raghav Juyal and Tanya Maniktala will also be seen in the flick, touted as one of the best action movies of the year.
