Hera Pheri 3: Kartik Aaryan didn’t replace Akshay Kumar as Raju, here’s the truth

The reports of Bollywood Khiladi Akshay Kumar backing out from the much-awaited movie Hera Pheri 3 came as a shocker for all fans and movie lovers.

While earlier reports suggested that Kartik Aaryan has been roped in for the 3rd installment of the Hera Pheri series, it was speculated that Koko replaced Akki as Raju . However, the latest reports have busted the speculations. 

As per the latest reports, Kartik has been roped in for the 3rd installment of Hera Pheri but he won’t be stepping into the shoes of Akki and won’t play Raju’s character. 

According to a report published in E Times, the makers have removed Raju’s character from the 3rd installment and have introduced a new character for Kartik. 

E Times quoted a source as saying, ““Once it was established that Akshay would no longer be part of the Hera Pheri franchise, his character Raju was dropped completely. Hera Pheri 3 won’t have Akshay’s character.”

Further, the source added, “Kartik Aaryan is playing a new character which will be introduced in the third installment of Hera Pheri.”

Meanwhile, the reports further suggest that the makers have roped in Anees Bazmee as the captain for the movie. 

Hera Pheri 3 will mark the reunion of Suniel Shetty aka Shyam and Paresh Rawal aka Baburao. And now, Kartik has joined the team to take the audience on a bone-tickling journey. 

Kartik will team up with Anees for the second time after Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, which emerged as a successful movie in 2022 while several other Bollywood movies bombed at the box office. Hopefully, the team of Anees and Kartik along with Paresh and Suniel will take the audience on a hilarious adventure once again.
