The dilemma over who will host the Bigg Boss 5 Telugu continues as there is no confirmation from either Rana Daggubati or Nagarjuna regarding the same. The Shiva fame actor has been the host of the Telugu Bigg Boss for the last few seasons but recently decided to quit the show because he is too busy with his movie projects.
That is why the makers reportedly approached the Baahubali fame Rana for hosting Bigg Boss 5 Telugu. But Rana is yet to give his approval and now there is a strong buzz that somehow Nagarjuna will spare some time to be a part of the show this season.
So, as of now, it is not clear whether it will be Nagarjuna or Rana Daggubati who will host the show. According to reports, the preparation for the upcoming season of Bigg Boss Telugu has already begun and makers are planning to start the show sometime in September this year. The details of the selected contestants have started streaming on the Zoom app like last season. Due to the Corona pandemic, the contestants will be quarantined for two weeks before they are allowed to enter the Bigg Boss house.

Their names include Shanmukh Jashwant, TikTok Durga Rao, anchor Varshini, comedian Praveen, anchor Shiva, master Shekhar, actress Isha Chawla, singer Mangli, news anchor Pratyusha, serial actress Navya Swamy, comedian Lobo, Fun Bucket Bhargav, serial actors Vishnu Priya-Siddharth Verma duo, Aishwarya Reddy Warangal Vandana, Surekha Vani, and anchor Ravi.
The pack of contestants this season is dominated by anchors and television celebrities. While the contestants are expected to add value to the entire show, it will be the presence of Rana Daggubati or Nagarjuna that may also have a big impact on whether Bigg Boss Telugu 5 gets a good response or not.
