The Family Man fame actor Priyamani and her husband Mustafa Raj have been slapped with a criminal case.
According to reports, Mustafa's first wife Ayesha has slapped the criminal case against them alleging that Mustafa has not separated from her legally till date and hence his marriage with Priyamani is illegal.
Mustafa had reportedly married Ayesha with whom he has two kids. His first wife has alleged that his and Priyamani's marriage is invalid as she is still married to him.

However, Mustafa has denied the charges by Ayesha. He claimed that he had divorced Ayesha way back in 2013 and he married Priyamani in 2017. He said that this is an attempt to extort money even though he is providing child support.
Speaking to ET times, Mustafa said, "The charges against me are false. I am paying the children's maintenance to Ayesha regularly. She is simply trying to extort money from me."
He also questioned that why Ayesha was silent for so long when his marriage with Priyamani happened in 2017.
Reportedly, Ayesha has also filed a case of Domestic Violence against Mustafa.
Meanwhile, Priyamani, who is a national award-winning actress and best known for her role Suchi in the super hit web series The Family Man, is yet to release an official statement over the allegations and the case.
