Things have started changing for Kavya as now she is the daughter-in-law of the Shah family. While all was rosy for her before she married Vanraj, now she is finding it difficult to balance her work and the household chores. She never expected that the family will want her to take care of everyone and cook for them three times a day similar to the way Anupamaa did for the Shahs.
Unable to handle the pressure, Kavya decides to hire a full-time maid. However, the Shah family is not used to having servants doing cooking as earlier Anupamaa used to do all these things. It will create quite a chaos in the house and will make everyone including Vanraj, Babuji, and Baa unhappy.
When Kavya entered Vanraj’s house she thought that Anupamaa who will be also staying with them will do all the cooking the way she did it earlier. However, it was a big jolt to Kavya when the family members decided that Anu will not be doing all the chores since she is no more the bahu of the house and that it will be the duty of Kavya.

Elsewhere, Vanraj is looking for a job and is finding it difficult to get one as his age factor comes in the way.
So he decides to accept whatever job that comes his way. When a company calls Vanraj Kavya picks up the phone and rejects the offer. Vanraj is enraged asking why she did not tell him about it. Then Kavya says that the offer was from a very small company where her husband should not be working.
However, Vanraj has made up his mind to start doing something and hence joins a café. Kavya who heads a team of 25 people at her workplace will not like it. Next, it would be interesting to see how Kavya reacts to Vanraj joining a café and whether the maid will turn out to be a help or disturb the Shah family in the upcoming episodes of Anupamaa.
