KGF 2 Release Delayed; Yash To Play Naval Officer In His Next?

KGF Chapter 2 is one of the most awaited movies of this year. Directed by Prashanth Neel, the flick is officially scheduled to release on 16th July this year. However, the latest buzz says that the release of the Sanjay Dutt and Raveena Tandon movie might be delayed as a little bit of work is still left.

According to reports, dubbing of senior artists and certain creative aspects still require finishing touch. With the corona pandemic creating working issues, there is a strong probability that KGF 2 might be released in August or September 2021.

A report says that KGF 2 makers are in talks with all the distributors who will be releasing the sequel in multiple languages. The release date might be decided to take into consideration after suggestions from all these distributors.

Also, the makers are not going to take any chance and will keep a gap of at least 2 weeks in between the release of another big movie and KGF.

According to reports, SS Rajamouli’s RRR will be missing its earlier scheduled date of 13 October 2021 as its work was greatly disturbed due to the pandemic. A buzz says that makers might take this opportunity to release KGF 2 on this date to take the advantage of Dussehra holidays.

After a pause during the lockdown, Prashanth Neel has started working on the remaining things needed to make the sequel release-ready.

Recently, pictures of actress Malavika Avinash dubbing for KGF 2 surfaced online indicating that the KGF team is at work. Through her tweet, Malavika informed that she is back to work after 50 days.

Yet another buzz that recently surfaced on the internet is regarding KGF’s Rocky Bhai aka Yash signing an action thriller. According to the rumors, the Kannada superstar will play the role of a naval officer in a high octane action drama to be directed by Narthan.

While the official announcement is expected to come soon, it will be a pan India project and hence, it will be made in multiple languages.
