The counsel said that correct, accurate and timely supply of required information will avoid discrepancies or anomalies in the results processing and help achieving the target date given by the Apex court.

“It is impressed upon you to shoulder the responsibility and ensure correct, accurate and timely supply of required information, marks to the Council and/or update the data in the System Software so that it can not only avoid discrepancies or anomalies in the results processing but also save time in achieving the target date given by the Apex Court,” CHSE chairman Gangadhar Sahoo wrote to Heads of all Higher Secondary Institutions.

The heads of the Higher Secondary Institutions have been asked to take personal initiatives and keep faculty members, staff and DEOs in readiness to meet any queries or address the problems immediately, if any, faced by the Controller of Examinations in uploading the marks of students and processing their results.
