Man hacked to death in full public view in Odisha’s Ganjam

In a deeply disheartening incident, a man was brutally attacked by a group of men, leading to his death in Sama village under Purushottampur police limits in Odisha's Ganjam district. The deceased has been identified as Sumant Mohapatra, a resident of Sikula village.

He was immediately transported to the Berhampur MKCG Medical College Hospital, where he was admitted in critical condition. Despite the medical team's efforts, he could not be saved.
