Sameer, the terminated former HR manager of OTV, had his hands in the till. After misappropriating lakhs of rupees from OTV, he has gone into hiding. Even though a complaint was lodged against him with the Infocity Police Station on June 23, Bhubaneswar, he is still at large.

Most importantly, Sameer has admitted his misdeeds on the record. Yet, he is on the run.
