The sleuths of Odisha Vigilance department on Thursday conducted raids on the property of an official of Odisha Industrial Infrastructure Development (IDCO) on allegations of acquisition of disproportionate assets.

Simultaneous raids were carried out on the property of Manoj Kumar Lenka, an assistant manager (civil) of IDCO, Bhubaneswar at several places in Khordha, Puri and Kendrapara districts.

Two DSPs, 10 inspectors, two sub inspectors, five ASIs and other staff of the Vigilance department conducted the searches on the property of Lenka and his office chamber in IDCO office at Rupali Square, Bhubaneswar.

So far, the Vigilance teams have detected one triple-storeyed residential building of Lenka located at Koradakanta, Bhubaneswar, one flat at 5th floor at Grand Asian apartment in Puri, parental house in Kesapur, Patamundai in Kendrapara, one triple-storeyed building at Beltala, Patamundai. 

Moreover, one house with stone boundary at Niladri Nagar of Jharpada in Bhubaneswar and one market complex at Uttara chhak were found to be owned by Lenka. 

Meanwhile, the list of property is likely to increase as further search was underway.
