BJP seems to be in dilemma in Odisha. "The party seems undecided over its role in the State. It appears they are confused about battling out or befriending with the BJD. CM Naveen Patnaik has been using the 'equidistance' weapon to inactivate the opposition parties-UPA or NDA-whosoever in power," he said.
