1. Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar)

The classic Sun Salutation is a complete body workout that generates internal heat and boosts flexibility. Flow through a few rounds at a steady pace to awaken your muscles, improve blood flow, and enhance metabolism.

2. Cat-Cow Pose (Marjaryasana-Bitilasana)

This gentle flow between arching and rounding the spine relieves morning stiffness and warms up the back and shoulders. It also improves spinal mobility and helps you breathe more deeply.

3. Chair Pose (Utkatasana)

Utkatasana strengthens the thighs and core while building heat in the lower body. Holding this pose for a few breaths helps increase endurance and activates your inner fire on cold mornings.

4. Warrior II (Virabhadrasana II)

This strong standing pose engages the legs, arms, and core, improving stamina and stability. It also opens the chest and shoulders, encouraging deeper breathing to energize the body.

5. Cobra Pose (Bhujangasana)

Cobra Pose gently stretches the spine, opens the chest, and promotes warmth through improved circulation. It also helps combat winter sluggishness by stimulating energy flow.

6. Seated Forward Bend (Paschimottanasana)

End your routine with this calming stretch to balance the body’s energy. It relaxes the mind, relieves stress, and improves digestion — perfect after an active start.
