Samantha Akkineni is listed among the top 20 in India's Top 50 Desirable Women of 2019. Incidentally, it is for the first time that she has found a place on this list. Additionally, the actress ranks at the 17th spot ahead of some popular names in Bollywood. These include Sara Ali Khan, Kangana Ranaut, Ananya Panday, and more.
Disha Patani tops this list replacing Alia Bhatt who was at the first position in the 2018 list. Alia has now dropped way below on the 12th position. While Katrina Kaif and Deepika Padukone continues to maintain their 3rd and 4th rank respectively, the second spot shows a new entry in the form of Suman Rao. Apart from Samantha Akkineni, other new entrants include Shivani Jadhav, Tara Sutaria, Shefali Sood, Taapsee Pannu, Ananya Panday, Bhumi Pednekar and more.

Samantha Akkineni's Smart Reply To Pregnancy Rumors
During an 'Ask me Anything' session today Samantha spoke about The Family Man 2, and her pregnancy rumors. The actress said that it feels that she is pregnant since 2017. Samantha even joked that the baby is taking too long to come out.

The actress also revealed the special thing that she shares with her husband Chaitanya Akkineni. Samantha said, that she and Chaitanya got their tattoo together. It means-create your own reality. Samantha Akkineni said, "It is really special for both of us.” She also shared that during the lockdown she worked on something special.
While talking about working in The Family Man Season 2, Samantha said, “With the digital space booming, I knew I had to be a part of this revolution. What better way to make my digital debut, than with one of India’s most loved series – The Family Man. I have loved Raj & DK’s work and given the global reach and standing of Amazon Prime Video, I couldn’t have asked for better partners. The role I play in the show is diametrically different from anything I have done before. It will certainly surprise and delight my fans.”
Samantha Akkineni will debut on the OTT space with The Family Man Season 2. Recently she completed dubbing for this particular series.
