PUBG Corporation To Drop Tencent Games As Its Authorized Franchise In India

The PUBG Corporation, today presented an official letter on its website saying that it will drop its Chinese connection. Incidentally, Tencent Games a Chinese company is the authorized franchisee of PUBG Mobile in India. However, originally the game belongs to a South Korean company. Now after the Indian Government banned this popular game from India, PUBG Corporation is planning to cut off its ties with Tencent Games in India.

In its official letter, the company says, "PUBG Corporation is actively monitoring the situation around the recent bans of PUBG MOBILE Nordic Map: Livik and PUBG MOBILE Lite in India. It has seen an overwhelming amount of support for the game from the country’s player base and would like to thank the community for their passion and enthusiasm."
