Los Angeles: Troubled star Lindsay Lohan, who is under house arrest, is set to appear in court again after she failed her recent alcohol test.
The 24-year-old actress, who was placed under house arrest for violating her DUI probation and stealing a necklace from a jewellery store, has again been ordered to appear before a Los Angeles court judge on Thursday, reported TMZ.
The `Mean Girls` star, who was sentenced to serve her jail term at her Venice Beach property due to prison overcrowding, insisted she had banned alcohol from her home.
But Lohan tested positive for a court-ordered alcohol test last week, breaking the terms of her probation.
